Grysell Fabaro

Grysell (Gri-sel) Fabaro, LMSW, is a licensed therapist in private practice specializing in anxiety, depression, and trauma healing for adults across the lifespan, with a focus on serving people of color. After a successful three-decade career in mortgage and real estate, she discovered her true calling through mental health volunteering, which led to her purposeful transition into therapeutic practice.

Drawing from both professional expertise and personal journey, Grysell guides clients in rediscovering their strength, rebuilding confidence, and transforming past challenges into meaningful purpose. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with spiritual wellness, creating a safe space for comprehensive healing and growth.
