Connect Therapy Directory was created por y para la comunidad — born from a deep love for our cultura and a desire to make therapy more accessible, inclusive, and representative of who we are.

We know our comunidad deserves the best mental health care possible — care that honors language, identity, and the experiences that shape us. Too often, Latinx, Latine, and Latino clients struggle to find a therapist who truly understands their background, values, or cultural nuances. We wanted to change that.

So we built a space where connection, trust, and belonging come first. A space where clients can find therapists who either identify as part of the Latinx community or who have dedicated their work to serving our comunidad with cultural humility and genuine corazón.

The Connect Therapy Directory is more than a list — it’s a growing network of therapists and healers committed to representation, inclusion, and authentic connection. Our goal is simple: to make it easier for our comunidad to find care that feels safe, affirming, and auténtico.

This directory was created by therapists, for therapists and the community we serve — built from lived experience and a shared belief that our people deserve access to mental health care that truly reflects who we are.

When we say we see you, we hear you, we understand you, we mean it — because this directory was created with you in mind.
