Many of the people I work with are used to holding a lot together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. They may be navigating burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, or patterns that leave them feeling stuck in the same emotional cycles.

I offer relational, trauma-informed therapy for adults in New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania. My approach is insight-oriented, warm, and collaborative. Together, we explore not only what’s happening in the present, but also the deeper experiences and relational patterns that may be shaping how you move through the world today.

I often work with high-functioning professionals, first-generation individuals, and adults navigating identity, cultural, or family dynamics. Therapy with me is not about having the “perfect” words or being in crisis. It can simply be a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and feel less alone in what you’ve been carrying.

Sessions are offered virtually in English and Spanish.
