ABOUT ME:
Hola! I'm Flor Vite, LPC, an Afro-Indigenous bilingual Latina therapist supporting preteens, teens, and adult women (ages 9+) navigating late-identified ADHD, AuDHD, executive functioning challenges, masking-related anxiety, burnout, and identity development. I provide neurodivergent-affirming, culturally responsive, strengths-based therapy that helps you understand your brain, honor your lived experience, and build tools that actually fit your life.
Many of my clients grew up feeling misunderstood, labeled as “too much” or “too quiet,” always masking, or constantly pushing themselves to meet expectations that weren’t built for them. My work centers on helping BIPOC and Latinx neurodivergent clients name their experiences, release internalized pressures, and feel grounded in who they are without guilt or apology.
With over six years of experience across inpatient psychiatry, schools, and outpatient therapy, I bring a warm, validating, collaborative approach that respects your culture, identity, and strengths. Whether you’re exploring a late diagnosis, struggling with focus and overwhelm, or unlearning patterns rooted in cultural and family expectations, therapy can be a space where you finally feel seen, supported, and understood.
If you’re looking for a therapist who truly understands neurodivergence within BIPOC and Latinx communities, I’d be honored to support your healing, clarity, and self-acceptance.
