With over 20 years of experience, I work with individuals in New York and New Jersey who are 18+ and struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, work stressors, parenting stressors, women's issues, performance-based pressures, and self esteem. I am a Latina (Puerto Rican & Dominican) who received my Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and am the owner of Graceful Mind Counseling Services LLC. My experiences working in education, hospital, child welfare, home care and private practice settings offer extensive knowledge in working with individuals of all ages.
