Jonathan Del Valle is a bilingual Latino psychotherapist and founder of Many Ways Therapy LLC, providing therapy in English and Spanish to clients across Georgia and Connecticut. As a gay, neurodivergent therapist with ADHD, Jonathan brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work, creating an affirming space where clients can show up authentically without judgment or shame.
Jonathan specializes in working with Latine, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent adolescents and adults, addressing trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, identity, self-esteem, relationships, family dynamics, grief, and major life transitions. His integrative approach incorporates EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, and systems-based approaches, tailored to each client's culture, identity, strengths, and individual needs.
Jonathan believes therapy should honor the whole person—including culture, family, sexuality, neurodivergence, spirituality, and lived experience.
