I work with adults who feel stuck between their own needs and the expectations of family, culture, or past experiences. Many carry domestic or sexual violence, childhood trauma, or intergenerational pain, and were taught to stay quiet because “family issues stay at home,” making it difficult to know where to turn for support.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed and culturally grounded. I am also trained in EMDR. I help you untangle the expectations you grew up with, build boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure. Healing becomes steadier, safer, and rooted in your story, not in who others told you to be.
