Hi! I’m Melanie, founder and therapist at Sol y Soul Therapy.
I am a Spanish-Speaking LCSW based in New Jersey. I am only offering virtual therapy at this time.
My passion is helping people who need help but struggle to ask for it. I’m especially compassionate toward those who crave growth but find it hard to reach — because I believe everyone deserves support and understanding on their journey. I focus on BIPOC women, marginalized communities, and anyone ready to take steps toward healing.
I’m a therapist that is passionate about helping people unlearn survival patterns, set boundaries without guilt & break cycles that were never meant to be carried alone. Especially for those of us who were taught to “just deal with it.” You deserve more than that and I hope to offer you a space to heal and grow in order to become a version of yourself that feels free 🌱
