Hola que tal, I'm Viry, a bilingual trauma therapist serving the Latine community across Arizona and Utah. As an immigrant or a child of immigrants, we’re taught that honoring family often times means sacrificing our own needs. Because of cultural values, my therapeutic work centers on serving adults, regardless of their generation, work through family expectations, give voice to their sacrifices, and build awareness of the impact this has on the quality of life.

I focus on providing culturally affirming and trauma-informed therapy to support Latine individuals understand and connect to their emotions, break generational trauma cycles, heal through inner child work, and practice realistic boundaries with family and relationships, all while honoring those beautiful parts of family traditions that support in creating a more authentic life people deserve.
